Tagliarini, Cercy win Salt Run Showdown

The Jax Johns Bass Trail teamed up with the Black Creek Mafia Bass Club to host the Salt Run Showdown on Saturday, January 2nd.

17 teams showed up at Salt Springs Marina, ready to run the river, but the team of David Tagliarini and Chris Cercy would outrun the competition. The duo swept the field with a 21.36-pound bag, anchored by the event’s Big Bass, a 7.62-pound kicker.

Mike Jackson and Allen Hopper finished in second place with a 14.78 pounds. Jevis Phillips and Eric Hartmann locked in a third place finish with 14.09 pounds, followed by Gary Coleman and Gary Coleman in fourth place with 13.24 pounds.
