Anthony & Perry on Top at Kissimmee

Memorial Day weekend always brings hundreds of boaters to the waters of the Kissimmee Chain. 28 anglers showed up for the Xtreme Bass Series 5th event of the season, hosted by Camp Mack, to brave the populated waters. On the day before we honored

our nation’s fallen, Richard Anthony and Scott Perry bested the 14 Kissimmee Division teams. Their 5 fish sent the scales to 21.97 pounds. Narrowly finishing in 2nd place was the team of David Howell and Bob Wojo. Their 8.52 pounds kicker anchored their 21.83 pound limit. Rounding out the top 3 was the team of Levi Brown and Garret Rocamora. Their 9.02 Big Bass of the tournament anchored their 21.35 pound limit, but a dead fish penalty finalized their weight at 20.85 pounds.

With their win, Anthony and Perry secured their 2 point lead for the Kissimmee Division Team of the Year race. The next event hosted by Camp Mack is scheduled for June 8th. Details on the event can be found here.
