Cody Halstead and Hunter McPherson top Citrus Bass Club night event at Rousseau

Cody Halstead and Hunter McPherson topped a 25 boat field at Lake Rousseau for Citrus Bass Club’s night event on July 15th. Halstead and McPherson weighed a 21 lb-08 oz, 5 bass limit to secure the win by just over a pound.

Chris Clemons and Blake Briscoe finished the day in second place with a 20 lb-05 oz pound, 5 bass limit. Bub Burlew and Bo Gallant finished in third place with a 20 lb-03 oz, 5 bass limit. Rounding out the Top 5 were the teams of Justin Jones and Trytten Gamble in fourth place with 17 lb-08 oz, followed by Keith Taylor and Johnny Brooks in fifth place with 17 lb-05 oz.

Big Bass of the event went to Bub Burlew and Bo Gallant with an 9 lb-11 oz TrophyCatch.
