The Tampa Pro Bass Team Trail kicked off their 2014/2015 season, on October 5th, on the Harris Chain of Lakes. With 33 teams participating in the first qualifying event of the season, David Duff and Harold Lang grabbed the top spot on the leaderboard.

Their 16.64-lb., 5 bass limit was anchored by a 6.90-lb. kicker. That fish won Duff and Lang the Big Bass award and proved to be the deciding factor in their win, giving them more than a 4-1/2 lb. margin over 2nd place.
Tracy Bray and Shari Hinkle took the runner-up spot. They weighed in a 12.07-lb., 5 bass limit.
Brian Divito and Richard Gillespie rounded out the Top 3 with their 11.78-lb., 5 bass stringer.

There are 8 scheduled events throughout the season, with 2-day Classic to close out the year. To qualify for the end of season event, teams must finish in the Top 30 in points, or fish 6 of 8 events. The next qualifying tournament for Tampa Pro Bass will be held on Lake Istokpoga, November 2nd. More information on this event can be found on the Event Calendar.
