Upcoming Tournaments

With this weekend being Easter, the onslaught of tournaments being held around the state will be slim, with the exception of a handful scheduled for Saturday.

Anglers of the Toho Elite One Man Tour will take to the waters of Lake Istokpoga for the tour’s third qualifying event of the season. $100.00 entry fee per angler includes Big Bass. 100% Payback. 1-in-5 places, with 2 Big Bass spots. Launching from Lake Istokpoga Park off US 98.

The Big Dawg Baits Team Tournament Trail launches on Lake Istokpoga from the same ramp on Saturday. This is the trail’s final event prior to the end of season classic. Must have fished 5 of 7 events to qualify for the classic. $75.00 entry fee per team, $30.00 membership fee per angler for the year.

The Kenwood Boat Ramp at Rodman Reservoir will be quite busy on Saturday as well.

The Jacksonville Bass Club will compete in their final qualifying event of the season prior to next months club classic. The club will meet tomorrow night at 7 PM at the Dick’s Sporting Goods at the Orange Park Mall. Entry fee is $35.00 per angler, but competing anglers are required to pay a $45.00 season membership.

The Fish Tales Team Trail presented by Miller’s Boating Center holds their 7th event of the season. Entry fee is $60.00 per boat, with an optional Big Bass side pot entry of $10.00.

The Xtreme Bass Series: Rodman Division launches from the Kenwood ramp for the 3rd event of the year. $120.00 entry includes Big Bass side pot. $35.00 membership fee per person. Angler have a chance to compete for a new Blazer 595 bass boat at the end of season championship held on Lake Okeechobee November 5-7, 2015.

Camp Mack will hold their One Man event on the Kissimmee Chain this Saturday. $75.00 entry fee per angler includes Big Bass side pot. Events are held the first Saturday of each month through October. Must fish a minimum of 7 events to qualify for the end of season classic.
