Campbell, Roseman on Point at Strike Zone Event

The 3rd Annual Strike Zone Bass Fishing Circuit set out on Lake Poinsett for the second stop of the 2015 season on March 7th. The 5,000-acre lake located in Brevard County is about half an hour north of the outdoors store in Melbourne.

Jason Campbell and Bobby Roseman teamed up to blow the field away with a 26.09-pound, 5 bass limit to win the day. The rest of the Top 4 were a little closer together in the standings. Rob Branagh and Jeremy Booth finished in a distant second place, weighing an 18.13-pound bag. Jimmy Blount and Jack Berry took hold of third place with an 18.07-pound bag. The duo anchored their sack with the Big Bass of the day, a 7.80-pounder. Matt and Don Hinman finished the day in fourth place, as they weighed an 18.04-pound bag.

The points race is tight after two events. Tom and Bruce Evans took over the lead, with Matt and Don Hinman following close behind in second place. Kyle and Andrew Walters are on their heels in third, followed by Jason Campbell and Bobby Roseman.
