The Roland Martin Marine Center Open Trail presented by Sweetwater Brewing Company held their 2nd event on October 11th. 63 teams competed for a shot at the $6,000.00 1st place prize.
The team of Chris Crow and Ken Karol weighed in a 24.60-lb., 5 bass limit to become $6,000.00 richer for the weekend.
Tony Bennett and Chet Douthit finished in 2nd place. Their 22.85-lb., 5 bass limit landed them a $1,400.00 payday.
Ron Yentz and Steve Forcell weighed in a 21.84-lb., 5 bass limit to claim the 3rd place spot. A 7.03-lb. toad helped anchor their bag, earning them $1,050.00.
Jeremy Tate and Tim Miller boated a 20.47-lb., 5 bass limit en route to a 4th place finish, and a $700.00 check.
Rounding out the Top 5 was the team of Pet Dravo and Mike Jones. A 6.73-lb. kicker anchored their 18.53-lb., 5 bass limit. They earned $600.00 for their finish.

The tournament’s Big Bass anchored Jeremy Tate and Tim Miller’s 4th place bag. Their 7.48-lb. Sweetwater Big Bass won the team an additional $500.00, for a $1200.00 total.
Tournament winners Chris Crow and Ken Karol boated the event’s 2nd Big Bass. The 7.19-lb. Sweetwater Big Bass anchoring their bag earned them an additional $250.00.
Danny Shelton and Jeff Justice weighed in the 3rd Big Bass of the event. Their 7.18-lb. Gambler Big Bass earned the duo a $100.00 Gambler gift certificate.
