Fisher and Nelson Victorious on Johns Lake

Anglers fishing the Bass Attack Trail wrapped up the 2^nd event of their season, Saturday July 26^th on Johns Lake in Winter Garden, FL. With highs reaching into the low 90’s, 25 teams faced extremely tough summertime conditions.

The team of Don Fisher and Brian Nelson overcame those obstacles, en route to catching a 15.41-pound, 5 bass limit to claim the victory. A 5.96-pound kicker anchored their bag, and awarded them Big Bass honors.

Bob Owen and Robert Lane finished in the runner up spot, weighing 8.28 pounds of Johns Lake bass.

Chris Harris and Brandon Purvis rounded out the Top 3, bringing an 8.18-pound bag to the scales.

With the victory, Fisher and Nelson moved into the points lead for the Team of the Year race.
